From the last few months we are observing Facebook videos are automatically playing when we are accessing Facebook through a WiFi network or a Broadband.
I am not interested to see all the videos which are appearing in my News feed. But while scrolling the feed, all videos were automatically buffering and wasting my Internet Bandwidth ,Time and also my work running slowly.
This situation was not only for me, all FB users faced this . Facebook was wasting a lot of user's Internet Bandwidth by automatically playing videos on their walls. The people who has a limited bandwidth usage may loss the data while playing these unwanted videos. So, now I am going to tell you how to turn off auto-play feature of Facebook.
Please follow the below two steps to turn off auto-play feature of videos in FB and save your internet Bandwidth.
Step:1 Go to your Facebook settings
Step 2: Next go to Videos tab which is the last option. At the right hand side we have an option Auto-play Videos.... Now set that option to off as shown in below figure.
Done :) Now, you can enjoy the Facebook without wastage of Bandwidth.
*Tip : You can also choose the option Video Default Quality to SD Only so as to play videos in Normal quality (Without HD) to save your Internet Bandwidth.
For Android Apps Please follow this procedure:
1. Go to Facebook app settings:
2. Click On Auto play and set that as Never Auto play Videos.
